1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and apkbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at apkbat.club, including all subpages, services, games, promotions, and any related content made available through the platform.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or engaging in any gaming or betting activity on apkbat, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein. apkbat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an eligible player are subject to immediate suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting features on apkbat, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage of registration or during subsequent verification checks. Any account found to have been registered with inaccurate details may be suspended and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account at apkbat. • Account Verification: apkbat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked.

apkbat reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any existing account at its sole discretion where these Terms or applicable policies have been violated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on apkbat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing Time: Mobile wallet transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed instantly or within a short processing window during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: apkbat reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to a verified account and to payment methods owned and operated by the registered account holder.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). apkbat does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the depositing payment provider.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set personal deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits are intended as a responsible gaming tool and, once set, require a mandatory cooling-off period before they can be raised.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Responsible Gaming

apkbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which no deposits or bets can be placed.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the apkbat platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of apkbat or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the apkbat platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any apkbat content without express prior written consent.

In the event of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, apkbat reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Verified real-money balances (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification checks.
